GROSSE ILE ROWING CLUB MINUTES

November 17, 2011

Present: Scott Sitek, Gary Ames, Dennis Sitek, Neil Scott, Lyle Anteau, Wes Pfeiffer, Brian Ralston

New Business:

- We are in negotiations with the Wyandotte Boat Club and the insurance company about the damages to the Fire. It is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. We expect to order a new 4 and repair the Fire by yearend.

- We are looking for a 15-20 hp outboard motor.

Dinner Dance:   

- Neil Scott will host dinner dance meeting and coordinate Dinner Dance. Mary Ann Sitek will assist in coordinating event.

1. Dinner dance will be held on 3/31. The dinner dance is our biggest fundraiser.

Coach’s Report:

- Planning for pre-season. Pre-season starts in early January.

- Coaches Clinic in Saratoga in December.
